Mr. Hayes is the founder of JICF. Mr. Hayes started to develop what has become the fully commercialized FireCaddy product line in 1998. He is a career entrepreneur sales professional and small business owner. Mr. Hayes has become renowned in the fire-fighting world for his knowledge of fire protection and for his passion to assist those at risk: from rural volunteer firefighters across the Canadian west to large protection organizations including Fire Emergency Management Association (FEMA) and the national Fire Prevention Association (NFPA). Mr. Hayes currently sits on the Board of Directors of Partners In Protection for the Alberta Government. |

Mr. Patterson spent 10 years playing professional hockey in the NHL before moving into the business world where for the last 15 years he has assumed roles in sales, marketing and operations. His experience spans from start ups to large corporate companies. Prior to joining JICF he was Vice President of Operations for a Communications Company in Calgary. He joined JICF in May 2008 and is helping to transform its business processes to prepare the company for growth. Mr. Patterson obtained a BSc in Marketing & Management from Clarkson University and is currently Vice Chairman of the NHL Alumni. |

Mr. Reghenas has had extensive experience in sales and marketing in the sports industry as well as in the consumer products market. He has been involved in all aspects of business development and joined JICF in August 2008 to assist in sales growth and market expansion throughout North America and internationally. Mr. Reghenas obtained a BComm from the University of Calgary majoring in Organizational Management minoring in Marketing. Prior to joining JICF he was Director of Hockey Operations for the Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club which is owned by the Calgary Flames Limited Partnership. He still currently owns a retail operation with 4 locations in the Calgary International Airport. Kip was formerly President of a licensed sportswear company that held licenses for the NHL, MLB, CFL, NCAA, Molson's, Coca-Cola and Garfield and was sold to a Fortune 500 company in Texas. |
